Petitioner seeks permission to replace the copy of the power of Attorney dated 20.05.2024 with the copy of the power of attorney dated 27.05.2025. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that as per the order dated 23.06.2025, the petitioner was permitted replace the power of attorney, however, while uploading the petition, advocate's clerk committed a mistake and copy of power of attorney dated 20.05.2024, has been uploaded, which is now required to be substituted. Submission is accepted. Permission is granted to replace the Power of Attorney dated 20.05.2024 with copy of the Power of Attorney dated 27.05.2025. The petitioner to comply the said order within 02 weeks from the date of the uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Furthermore, the necessary entry be taken on the petition from the department about the substitution of the copy of the Power of Attorney. Earlier order dated 23.06.2025, stands extended by further 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order.
