1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioners. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by Petitioners Kintu Kishore Bajaj and Krysh Kishore Bajaj being the Executors named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Kishore Bhajandas Bajaj, said to have died at Bangkok, Thailand on 17.03.2023. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Copy of Aadhar Card of the deceased as ID Proof is annexed to the petition.

2. Mr. Waquar Ahmad, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 15.07.2021. The said Will is in English language.

3. Mr. Waquar Ahmad, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is submitted that mother of the deceased have predeceased the said Deceased. Save and except as mentioned in Para 4, there are no other Legal heirs or next of kin Left by the deceased abovenamed.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Consent Affidavits

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) of one married daughter and daughter of the deceased as mentioned in Para 4 are on record. Affidavits of Veerkumar C. Shah and Piyush Kedia, and Kiran P. Korey, attesting witnesses to the Will are filed. All Affidavits are filed online. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate expeditiously as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
