1. It is found that Order for issuing Probate was passed on 10th May, 2024. Office has informed that while preparing the grant in Order dated 10th May 2024, there is objection about Schedule 1.

2. In view of the above, the Order dated 10th May 2024 is recalled. Office not to prepare the Draft of Probate as per Order dated 10th May 2024.

3. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner has tendered Praecipe dated 25th July 2024 for amending the Petition pursuant to the objection raised by the Department about Schedule 1.

4. Amendment is allowed as per Praecipe dated 25th July 2024. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Schedule 1 and consequential amendment as per the Praecipe dated 25th July 2024.

The said amendment be carried out within four days from today.
