1. This matter was taken for passing final orders. However, while dictating the order, it is noticed that there is a discrepancy in the name of the deceased, petition which is uploaded on the portal on 29.11.2023 at 15.07, name of the deceased in title of the petition is written as "Rajesh Chander Bholanath Sharma". However, later on amendments are carried out and amendment petition which is uploaded later on dated 12.11.2024 and 19.12.2024 in these petitions name of the deceased in title is written as "Rajesh Chander Sharma" and in para no. 1 name of the deceased is mentioned as "Rajesh Chanders Sharma". Hence, petitioner to explain.
