Later on, at about 01.30 p.m. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 03.02.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the middle name of the deceased in title and also middle name of the deceased in para no. 1 of the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
