1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.09.2024 and thereby seeks permission to delete the property mentioned at serial no. 7 of the schedule -I annexed to the petition. Ld. Advocate for for the petitioner further submitted that concerned authority i.e. Municipal Corporation has issued document, which shows that said property is in the name of the Vijaylaxmi Rajesh Chandra Sharma (i.e. wife of the deceased). Ld. Advocate for the petitioner undertakes to upload the said document and she made available the original affidavit of the petitioner affirmed on 25.09.2024, in which the petitioner states that the said property is in the name of widow of the deceased (i.e. wife of the deceased), hence, in view of the this statement and undertaking given by Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, this praecipe is allowed. Upon uploading the above referred affidavit and document, re- verification is dispensed with.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
