1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This Petition is filed by the Petitioner being one of the beneficiaries named under the last Will and Testament of deceased. Advocate is directed to comply with office objections, if any so raised within three weeks. Issue citation to the non-consenting legal heirs and beneficiaries, if any. Issue Notice to the Collector. Petitioner to file identity proof of deceased and comply rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

Advocate for Petitioner to effect service of Citation as per rules and to file Affidavit of service within two weeks after issuance of Citation.
