1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that she will take steps to get the administration Bond approved.

2. She submitted that all compliance are completed. Hence, the petition is taken for the order.

3. Upon perusal of the petition, it appears that the sect of the deceased is not mentioned in the petition. Furthermore, the name of the personal laws applicable to the deceased is typed as "Indian Succession Act, 1925".

Hence, the petitioner to ensure that name of the personal laws is properly mentioned. Furthermore, the petitioner to state about the grand-parents of the deceased.

4. The petition is undated. Hence, the petitioner to take steps in this regard.
