1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby seeks permission to correct the information of the since deceased legal heirs (daughters) of the deceased i. e. to mention the spouses of legal heirs as per the personal laws applicable to the deceased. Furthermore, petitioner seeks permission to amend the cause title by mentioning the alias name of the deceased. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.
