1. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant appearing does not have information about the Interim Application. He submits that he requires some time to take instructions from the senior.
2. It appears that, Applicant no. 1 is also daughter of the deceased. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that copy of the IA is served upon the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner accepted the service.
3. Applicant no. 1 and Applicant no. 2 are the daughters of the deceased born out of the first marriage which is not disputed by the petitioner. Hence, it will be proper to adjourn the matter.
4. petitioner to ensure that all the legal heirs of the deceased as per the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 are mentioned in the petition as per the provisions of the personal Laws application to the deceased and for compliance of provisions laid down in Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
