TP/1037/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Komal Shah i/b. Pant Mishra, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sudhir Prabhakar Ranade being son-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Pushpamala Vinayak Bapat died intestate at Mumbai on 25.07.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased dieed on 19.07.2004. One married daughter namely Deepa Sudhir Ranade died on 01.08.2023 leaving behind husband and one son & daughter. Deceased was survived by one married daughter, one son-in-law and one grandson. Out of them son-in-law is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 is filed. Administration Bond not file hence, Advocate to take steps.
