This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sudhir Prabhakar Ranade being son-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Pushpamala Vinayak Bapat died intestate at Mumbai on 25.07.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased died on 19.07.2004. One married daughter namely Deepa Sudhir Ranade died on 01.08.2023 leaving behind husband and one. Deceased was survived by one married daughter, one son-in-law and one grandson. Out of them son-in-law is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
