1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 23.06.2025 in para no. 7 name of the attesting witnesses are wrongly written as "Riththa" and "Kamarkar" and same may be corrected.

2. As per the praecipe and upon perusal of the petition, names of attesting witness in para no. 7 of the order dated 23.06.2025 are corrected and read as "Raithatha" and "Karmarkar".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 23.06.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
