Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) In this petition, deceased died at Mira Bhyander, Thane and had only property at Pune, also deceased was inhabitant of Pune. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner annexed identification proof of deceased showing his residing address at Mumbai.

2) To explain the legal heirs of deceased as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

3) Petitioners to confirm specific legacies bequeathed to his two sisters i.e. Rs. 4,00,000/- and Rs.2,00,000/- or their respective legal heirs. Ld. Advocate to explain.

4) In the Will, there is reference of Eva Nuber from Germany. Petitioners to explain whether there is any rights of any other person. Hence, comply with the Rule 385 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1985.

5) Petitioner No. 7 has signed in vernacular language hence, Ld. Advocate to explain whether she understand the consent Affidavit which was filed in English language.

6) To file Affidavit of Attesting Witness as per Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 27.11.2024 for compliance.
