Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that name of the brother of the deceased was Laxmi Narayan Singh Rao and name of the one of the sister is Laxmi Sunder Rao Manthira. Hence, relation mentioned in the table is proper. Submission is accepted.

It is noticed that the Laxmi Rao Sunder is since deceased to the deceased, as she died on 09.08.2023. Hence, her children namely Vinod and Kalpana were properly mentioned in the petition as a legal heir. Hence, it would be proper to direct the petitioners to re-instate these two names in the legal heirs column. The petitioners to aver about the husband of the said Laxmi Sunder Rao Manthina.

Ld. Advocate presented a praecipe dated 0701.2025, I have gone through it. The Ld. Advocate for the petitioners is permitted to amend the marital status of the deceased in throughout the petition. Furthermore, she is also permitted to state about the husband of sister of the deceased-testator namely Laxmi Sunder Rao Manthina. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate of the petitioners re-instate the names of son and daughter of Laxmi, whose names were mentioned at serial no. 3 and 4 in the table of the legal heirs. Re-verification is dispensed.

4. Petitioner to aver about the husband of said Laxmi Rao. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment or production of true copy of the death certificate of husband of Laxmi, re-verification of this amendment is also dispensed with. 5.

The petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
