TP/1100/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Pushpa K. Kotian, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vivekanand Brijanand Chaturvedi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ramavati Brijanand Chaturvedi died intestate at Mumbai on 20.04.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased died on 27.09.2020 leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by two sons, one daughter, one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
