1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Shilpa Aditya Gupta, being one of the Executrices named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Urmil Arunkumar Singal, said to have died at Mumbai on 21.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the Petition. For identification proof of the deceased, copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Ms. Nagori, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 10.01.2012. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Nagori, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased, being Arunkumar Singal pre-deceased the deceased on 24th March 2016. Exhibit "E" to the Petition is the copy of the death certificate of Arunkumar Singal. Save and except as mentioned in para - 9 there are no other legal heirs left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitoner submits that the other Executrix, Punita Parag Raval reserves her

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) right as Executrix. Affidavit dated 04.06.2024 for service upon non-consenting legal heir i.e. Punita Parag Raval is filed. Affidavits of Pradeep Kumar Bansal and M. K. Arora, both the attesting witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All the Affidavits are also filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
