2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that petitioner has filed the petition under Indian Succession 1925. However, in para no. 6 of the order dated 02.05.2025, it is mentioned that, petitioner has filed the petition as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Hence, same may be corrected.

3. I have gone through the para no. 4 of the petition. Submission of the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner is accepted. In Para no. 6 of the order dated 02.05.2025 name of the Act is corrected and read as "Indian Succession Act, 1925".

4. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 02.05.2025 will remain as it is.
