It is submitted that in the present case, the instant petition has been filed for grant of letters of administration with Will annexed, in which maximum Court fees has been paid. 3.

It is submitted that another petition for grant of letters of administration has been filed with regard to the same deceased, which is presently on e-filing number and the department is insisting on payment of a further set of Court fees. 4.

It is sought to be explained that the Court fees in the said petition filed for grant of letters of administration is not required to be paid. This Court has to peruse the papers of the petition to understand the grievance of the petitioner. Hence, list this petition
