P. C. : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate with an authenticated copy Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Suchita Zaveri Chadha, being the the Fiduciary Appointed by Surrogate's Court of State of New York as per Will dated 4th June 2009 of the Deceased Abovenamed, Kala Ashok Zaveri alias Kala Zaveri died at Nassau, U. S. A., on the 7th day of January, 2023. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. For ID proof of the deceased, copy of passport is annexed.

2. Mr. Lakdawala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at U.S.A. on 04.06.2009. The said Will is in English language.

3. Mr. Lakdawala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Certificate of Appointment of Executor for the Estate of the Decedent issued by Chief Clerk Nassau Country Surrogate's Court of State of New York U. S. A., bearing Certificate No. # 35$ 103 and File No. 2023-483 granted on 21" March 2023, by Mineola, New York in respect of Will dated 4"' June 2009, of the said Deceased which was granted in favor of the said Petitioner.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate with an authenticated copy Last Will and Testament as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
