Ld. Advocate for the Caveatrix requested for issuance of the directions to the petitioner to serve the copy of the petition. However, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that necessary procedure may be followed by the Caveator to obtain copy as per the Rules. Ld. advocate for the caveator to take steps, in this regard.
