Advocate for petitioner. In this matter, order for grant was issued on 22.07.2025, thereafter, this office has sent email dated 06.08.2025 stating therein that as there is objection as regards the Schedule before issuance of the grant.

2. In the petition, as per practice followed by this Hon'ble Court the liabilitie are to be deducted from the account of deceased are required to be mentioned in Schedule II. However, in the present petitions, the liabilities are also mentioned in Schedule I. As per practice followed by this Hon'ble Court the liabilities mentioned in Schedule II. The said amount is required to be deducted are the funeral expenses and the liabilities of deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that he do not want to amendment in the said Schedule and he has no objection, if the grant is issued as it is including the amount of liabilities.

3. In view of the above, office is directed to issue the grant as per the Schedule as it is available on record.
