1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in the petition, an order has been passed on 18th of June 2024. However, till today grant has not been issued. Upon enquiry with the department, she came to know that there is a cross petition with this petition and therefore, the department has listed inspiration on the board.
2. However, there is no information about the cross petition, either in the daily board or caption of the petition. The department is directed to submit the information by 02.30 pm, today.

4. Office has informed that earlier, this petitioner has filed the petition for Succession Certificate, having No. 3042/2021. Hence, this petition is treated as a cross-petition. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that it was filed for the debts and securities and therefore, the petitioner was not aware about the properties. Hence, she will take necessary steps to explain the same. Hence, Petitioner to take steps according to law. Removed from the board.
