TP/1142/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Farhad Vakil i/b. Mulla and Mulla Craigie Blunt and Caroe, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Meher Kaikhushroo Master and Navroz Jal Singporewala being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Jehan Kaikhushroo Master died at U. K. on 22.09.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at England, U.K. on 08.09.2022. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 3 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only one Executor appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein and the said executor empowered to appoint additional executor who is petitioner No.2 herein. Para No. 6 of the petition states that petitioner No. 1 has appointed petitioner No. 2 as an additional executor.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons who have given their consents in favour of the petitioners. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Terence Dacey dated 22.08.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 16.04.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
