1. Read praecipe dated 13.12.2024 along with draft of the proposed amendment, petitioner is willing to amend the schedule-I as per the draft amendment annexed to the praecipe. Petitioner is permitted to amend the schedule-I of the petition, subject to the condition that petitioner will annex to the list of the articles found in locker, in the course of the inventory of the locker. Furthermore, petitioner is willing to delete the locker no. 1687. However, it is still in the name of the deceased and therefore, this locker is required to be remained in the schedule-I with the requisite amount. Hence, with these directions, the amendment is allowed. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that as petitioners were present at time of the inventory of the Lockers, hence, Re-verification may be dispensed with. Submission is accepted. Reverification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within three days from the date of carrying out the amendment. Furthermore, after amendment petitioner to file administration bond and comply issuance of Notice to Collector.
