Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that as per order dated 06.05.2025, petitioner is permitted to amend the petition by making an averment about the grandparents of the deceased. However, as per requisition raised and praecipe dated 06.05.2025 petitioner sought amendment about the grandparents of the deceased. Hence, order dated 06.05.2025 may be corrected.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner and his submission is accepted. Hence, in order dated 06.05.2025, word "wife" is added in line 6 of para no. 1 and read as "Furthermore, petitioner is permitted to make an averment about the grand parents of the wife of the deceased".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 06.05.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Adjourned to already scheduled date.
