For Compliance While perusal of the petition it has been found that one of the legal heir "Dr. Seema T. Medhekar " is mentioned as "Seema T. Medhkar". Advocate for the petitioner has to file affidavit of the legal heir that the Seema T. Medhekar and Seema T. Medhkar mentioned in the exhibit "C" are one and the same.

Advocate for the petitioner is to verify the provision of the law as one of the executor has filed consent affidavit. The consent affidavit of the executor is required to be as per Rule and form of High Court Original Side for renouncing her as a executor Subha S. Bedkar i.e. being one of the executor in the will dated 27.07.2001 of the deceased. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she requires three weeks time to file affidavit as per Rule. List the matter on 13.12.2024.
