This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Janhavi Yogesh Nadgauda and Sharda Anil Vaidya being daughter and widow of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Anil Shankar Vaidya died intestate at Pune on 05.12.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one married daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
