Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To explain the legal heirs of deceased as per the provisions of Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 and why petitioner's name is not mention in para 9 of the petition.

2) To file Affidavit of Attesting Witness as per Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

3) As para 4(a) of the Will, testator has bequeathed some amount to each of his daughters namely Shila Praful Patel and Bina Shaikh Govani. Hence, file Consent Affidavits of the said legatees by confirming the same.

4) As per Will, there are beneficiaries. Hence, file Consent Affidavits of the said beneficiaries.

5) To check Schedule II annexed (debts) to the petition.

6) Properties mentioned in the Will and not shown in the Schedule.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 30.08.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
