1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that she has uploaded affidavit of service and schedule for issuance of Notice to Collector. However, both these documents are not yet approved due to technical error.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 13.06.2024. Petitioner is willing to make an averment about the grand parents of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Re-verification can be done by either of the petitioners. Office shall not insist for online appointment but, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to inform the office about the amendment, in advance or prior to the day of proposed amendment. Hence, adjourned.
