1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that Chamber Order has passed for paper publication on 05.12.2024 in CHOL/499/2024. However, Chamber Order is not tagged with this petition. Hence, office to verify the same and tag along with this petition. He further submitted that the citation which was issued in the matter was available with him and same was received with the documents and said citation is published as per the Order dated 05.12.2024.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 04.03.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 10 of the petition and to make an averment as per the Section 8 to 13 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Praecipe is allowed.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
