This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely William G. Rodrigues being sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Hilda Jacinto Rodrigues said to have died at Mumbai on 15.10.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 21.04.1997. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 11 of the Will refers to the appointment of two Executor. One Executor is petitioner herein and another Executor Douglas Delima has not filed any Affidavit of reserving or renouncing her rights as an executor.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Parents and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. One is petitioner herein and another son and daughter has given their consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Mila grina Pereira on of the dated 24.12.2023 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 09.04.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when all compliance is done in this matter. Hence, remove from board. COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR 23.06.2025
