TP/1227/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Nikhil Udeshi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bhavika Kaushal Shah being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Nayana Chandrakant Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 05.01.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Kaushal died leaving behind his widow and one minor daughter. Deceased was survived by husband and daughter-in-law and minor granddaughter. Granddaughter is not shown as legal heir in para No. 4 of the petition hence, Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to amend para No. 4 of the petition. Advocate will have to file Affidavit of petitioner on behalf of granddaughter as she is mother and natural guardian. Re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
