1. Read praecipe dated 25.06.2024. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she sought for amendment in the address of Petitioner mentioned in title. However, in para no. 1 of the order dated 18.06.2024, passed by the undersigned officer has granted the amendment in description of the property mentioned in Schedule-I. Hence, same may be corrected.

In para no. 1 of the order dated 18.06.2024, words "Petitioner is willing to correct the description of the property mentioned in Schedule-I of the petition" are substituted by words "Petitioner is willing to amend address of the petitioner in title of the petition".

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 18.06.2024 stands as it is.
