The grant has been issued in this Petition for Succession Certificate in favour of petitioner herein by an order dated 05.05.2025. The said petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Debts and Securities belonging to Pradip Vasanji Gala and Pravina Pradip Gala. In paragraph 3 of the petition, it is mentioned that the said Pradip Vasanji Gala had left his last Will and Testament dated 15.06.2021 in respect of specific properties mentioned in the said Will and a separate Petition bearing Petition (L) No. 6428 of 2024 for Letters of Administration with Will annexed in respect of said specific properties, is filed in this Hon'ble Court.

As regards the Debts and Securities mentioned in this present petition is concerned, said Pradip Vasanji Gala has died intestate. Therefore, the present Petition is filed for Debts and Securities standing in the name of said Pradip Vasanji Gala, another deceased is concerned, she has died intestate.

2. Therefore, order for Succession Certificate for certain debts and securities belonging to Pradip Vasanji Gala and Pravina Pradip Gala, is passed on 05.05.2025.
