Advocate for petitioner has filed praecipe for requesting to issue refund certificate in this matter. From the copy of challan annexed to the petition, it seems that the court fees of Rs. 75,000/- is paid in this matter and challan had been defaced.

2. By an order dated 18.01.2025, my predecessor had granted exemption of court fees to the petitioner. Petitioner has already paid the court fees of Rs.75,000/- on 14.06.2024. Therefore, office to issue refund certificate upon verification of deface challan.
