TP/1243/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Swati S. Mathkar i/b. S. P. Mathkar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jyoti Lalji Bhatia being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Lalji Ratansey Bhatia died intestate at Kolkata on 20.09.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased died on 23.04.2020. One daughter of deceased namely Mita Udeshi died on 07.01.2017 leaving behind one son and one daughter. The said Mita Udeshi was divorce however, divorce decree dated 18.10.2004 passed by the Family Court, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh is submitted with the praecipe dated 11.06.2025. Deceased was survived by one son, two daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
