1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for Petitioners. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioners Vikram V. Gokhale and Sangeeta Gokhale being the Executors named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Vijay Prabhakar Gokhale, said to have died at Mumbai on 20.11.2021. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Copy of Aadhaar Card & Pan card of the deceased as ID Proof are annexed to the petition.

Kavya Bhandekar, Advocate for Petitioners submits that deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed atMumbai on 16.09.2020. The said will is in English language.

Ms. Kavya Bhandekar, Advocate for Petitioners submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is submitted that the parents of the said Deceased, i.e., his father Mr. Prabhakar Narayan Gokhale and his mother Mrs. Nalini alias Kamala Prabhakar Gokhale, have predeceased the said Deceased on 17th January 1977 and 19th May 2001 respectively. The wife of the said Deceased i.e. Mrs. Pratibha Vijay Gokhale has predeceased the said Deceased on 19th February 2011. The said Deceased left behind him surviving his son, i.e. the Petitioner No. 1 herein, and his unmarried

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) daughter, i.e., the Petitioner No. 2 herein. Save and except as mentioned in para -10, there are no other legal heirs and next of kin left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Affidavit of Anant Nandakumar Desai, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All affidavits are filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
