TP/1249/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Bina Shivhare, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The petitioner has filed Additional Affidavit dated 25.03.2026 stating therein that petitioner is daughter of deceased and Succession Certificate was issued to her on 12.08.2024 however, she has now traced the new securities which are in the name of deceased No. 2.

2. Petitioner has already paid court fees of Rs.75,000/-. As per the main, Testamentary Petition the both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour petitioner through Affidavit which is annexed to the aforesaid Affidavit dated 25.03.2026.

3. In view of the above, petitioner is allowed to amend the Schedule I annexed to the petition as per Annexure - 2 annexed to the Affidavit dated 25.03.2026. Ld. Advocate for petitioner undertakes to file fresh Administration Bond after the amendment of Schedule annexed to the petition.

4. Office is directed to issue extension of Succession Certificate upon uploading the amended petition on the official portal of Bombay High Court and further administration Bond for extended securities is filed. 06.04.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
