1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved two Praecipes dated 21.08.2024 tendered on 2608.2024 and thereby requested to allow the petitioner to carryout an amendment in title of the petition with regard to the marital status of the petition. In view of the statement made in the para no. 4 of the petition, below the table of legal heirs, that the husband of the deceased is pre-deceased the deceased, submission and praecipe is allowed. Furthermore, petitioner is permitted to upload the death certificate of the husband of the deceased, mentioned at Exhibit-B in the petition, which was left to be uploaded, due to inadvertently. Upon filing of the death certificate of the husband of the deceased, re-verification is dispensed with. The Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. 2.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment within one week from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
