This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashokkumar Jaikaran Banka being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jaikaran Maliram Banka died intestate at Mumbai on 06.02.1989. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 04.02.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.09.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 29.08.2025 is not found on the official portal of the Bombay High Court hence, Advocate to take steps. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
