1. Perused praecipe dated 22.11.2024. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner.

2. It appears that Order for Probate has been passed on 10.10.2024. After passing the order, at the time of preparing draft of the Probate, Testamentary Department has orally directed the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to rectify Schedule - I and prayer clause mentioning that Probate may be granted having effect through out State of Maharashtra instead of India. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner prays for correcting the Schedule and prayer clause.

3. Amendment as prayed in the praecipe is allowed with consequential amendment. Office to permit the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to amend Schedule - I and prayer clause within one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Thereafter, office to proceed further.
