This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kamalkant Mahavirprasad Sahewala being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mahavirprasad Pokarmal Sahewala died intestate at Mumbai on 25.03.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and one son of deceased namely Sanjay has filed his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits of son of deceased Vijay Sahewala and widow of deceased Mohini Sahewala are not filed. Details of daughter of deceased is not mentioned in the petition.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
