TP/1306/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Madhav Shah i/b. Darshana Sapkal, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Padmavathi Shehar Naidu being granddaughter of deceased. Deceased namely Janardhan Ramaswamy Naidu died intestate at Mumbai on 23.09.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 14.04.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Madhusudan died on 15.12.2001 leaving behind only daughter. Wife of son of deceased namely Sitaratn J. Naidu died on 20.08.2020. Deceased was survived by only granddaughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
