1. In para no. 1 and 7 of the Order dated 14.08.2024, reference of Power of Attorney and its holder is remained to be mentioned and same is mentioned accordingly so as to grant the Letters of Administration vide Section 243 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Correction is carried out. Office to proceed accordingly.

In paragraph No. 1 of the order dated 14.08.2024 after the name of petitioner it is add that "being the Constituted Attorney of INDRONIL SEN, a son of the deceased"

In paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 14.08.2024 after words "being Sons of the deceased, is entitled to seek a Letters of Administration" are substituted by words "being the Constituted Attorney of INDRONIL SEN, a son of the deceased, is entitled to seek a Limited Letters of Administration vide sec. 243 of the IS Act"

4. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 14.08.2024 will remain unchanged.

5. Removed form the board.
