TP/1330/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Raj Pillai i/b. Bosamia Deepali Parmanand, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anil Kantilal Jajal being son of deceased. Deceased namely Lilavati Kantilal Jajal died intestate at Mumbai on 23.06.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.10.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One married daughter of deceased namely Jayashree Arun Yogi died on 07.04.2016 leaving behind her husband and one son. One son of deceased namely Dineshchandra died on 17.08.2020 leaving behind his widow only. He died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, one daughter-inlaw, one son-in-law and one grandson. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.04.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 30.06.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
