TP/1334/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Jayant Wani i/b. Vinayak Palande, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mairaj Ahmad Khan being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Manzoor Ahmad Khan died intestate at Uttar Pradesh on 11.03.1980. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 09.11.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 19.07.1989. Son of deceased namely Liaqat Ali Khan died on 11.08.2003 and his wife also died on 01.04.2013 leaving behind them daughter and son. Daughter of Liaqat namely Nayeir Jahan died on 05.01.2023. Deceased was survived by grandson only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
