Parties have reconciled their disputes and differences and filed Consent Terms. Consent Terms dated 24.11.2025 are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. They are totally running into 3 pages. For reference and convenience, the Consent Terms are scanned and reproduced below:-

Consent Terms are executed by Petitioner - Mr. Yash K. Sanghavi, Advocate for Petitioner - Mr. Harshil Panchal, Deponent - Mr. Jasmine J. Kapadia and Advocate for the Caveator - Yash Associates (Dilip Shukla). Parties have been identified by their respective Advocates.

Rights and obligations which are stated in the Consent Terms are taken as undertaking given to this Court. Parties are directed to abide by the same and extend complete cooperation in abiding with their obligations in Consent Terms.

As agreed between the parties, Letters of Administration / Grant shall be granted by Testamentary Department in favour of Petitioner without any further notice to the Caveator within a period of three weeks from today positively.

Caveator shall withdraw his Caveat as agreed within a period of one week from today.

8.

Order in terms of aforesaid Consent Terms.

9.

Proceedings namely Testamentary Petition No.1335 of 2024 and Caveat (Lodging) No.2151 of 2025 stands disposed in terms of aforesaid Consent Terms.
