Heard Mr. Kini, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

The requisition and objection dated 02.09.2024 stands dispensed with. The executor of the Will has addressed the email dated 08.06.2025, inter alia, stating that he is pre-occupied for certain reasons and has therefore expressed inability to remain present before the High Court and has called upon the Hon'ble Court to do the needful.

Considering that Petitioner is the only sole legal heir of the deceased, the above requisition stands complied with.

Petition be proceed further for issuance of Grant on due compliances.

I am informed by Mr. Kini that Applicant is the widow and has been awaiting the grant for more than one year. In that view of the matter, he would persuade me to pass appropriate directions to the Department for issuance of Grant expeditiously. Considering the request made by the learned Advocate and the above facts, I am inclined to accept his request in the facts of the present case. 6.

Testamentary Department namely Registrar is directed to ensure that the Grant is issued and granted to the Petitioner on due compliance since all office objections are removed as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks from today positively and unfailingly.

Needless to state that this period shall not be extended in any case.
