1. Perused the petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. While finalising the grant of Succession Certificate it has been found that there is one cross petition found with respect to the same deceased i.e. TP/948/2011.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits he will withdraw the present petition before Hon'ble Court and he will move the proper application for the extension of grant in TP/948/2011.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that the original grant in TP/948/2011 is misplaced and not found with the petitioner and he requests that to issue certified copy of the grant in TP/948/2011.

4. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will seek necessary directions from the Hon'ble Court for extension of grant alongwith the certified copy of the earlier grant.
